Tour Guidelines
- All tours operate on SIC (Seat in Coach) or Private Basis as mentioned.
- Maximum waiting time for SIC tours is 5 to 10 minutes only. Late arrivals treated as no-show with no refund.
- Entrance fees and meals are included only if specifically mentioned in the itinerary.
- Comfortable clothing and footwear are recommended for sightseeing tours.
- No refunds will be provided for unused services, skipped tours, or no-show cases.
Transfer Guidelines
- Airport transfers are point-to-point services only.
- Maximum waiting time for airport pickups is 60 to 90 minutes after flight landing. For hotel pickups, maximum waiting time is 15 minutes.
- Extra stops, route changes, or late-night surcharges may incur additional charges.
- Standard luggage allowance applies according to vehicle capacity.
