Booking & Payments
How do I book a hotel or tour?
You can book directly by contacting our specialized departments via WhatsApp or Phone. For Makkah/Umrah, contact Sameed Fareed (+92 340 2358575). For International Tours, contact Taha Dossani (+92 335 3538627).
What is your payment policy?
Individual bookings must be paid in full upon confirmation. For group bookings (5+ rooms), we require a 20% deposit upon confirmation, 50% payment 21 days before arrival, and 100% payment 7 days before arrival.
Are taxes included in the rates?
Yes, our international hotel rates (SAR) include Municipality Fees (5%) and VAT (15%).
Cancellation & Amendments
What happens if I cancel my individual booking?
If you cancel less than 15 days before arrival, a 1-night cancellation fee applies. If cancelled less than 7 days before arrival, the full stay amount will be charged.
Can I amend my booking dates?
Amendments are accepted up to 7 days before arrival (subject to a % allowance). No amendments are accepted within 6 days or less of arrival.
